On behalf of the entire team at Four Day Ray Brewing, we'd like to take a moment to say thank you again for your loyalty and support. Our number one priority is providing a safe environment for our guests and staff, and every decision we make is through that lens. As our guest, we want to provide you with exceptional service even if it may look a little different than it did before COVID-19. As the State begins to lift restrictions for dine-in services at restaurants, we wanted to share with you the plan we’re implementing to provide you with the safest dine-in experience possible.
In case you missed the Governor’s announcement 5/1, here is a link to the next steps for restaurants and businesses. Our first step will be limiting our dining room and beer garden to 25% capacity starting 5/14. We anticipate increasing it to 50% by Monday 5/18. Bar seating is not permitted at this time due to current state regulations. Hours of operation will be Sunday through Thursday 11-8 and Friday and Saturday 11-9.
To ensure everyone's safety as we welcome you back into our dining rooms, we ask that we make the following promises to each other: Our Promise To You, Your Promise To Us.
In order to help maintain the capacity requirements and avoid unnecessary congregating inside the restaurant, we are implementing the following measures below:
More than anything, we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you are dining with us. We have thoughtfully made updates to our business and the way we serve you to help keep everyone healthy and safe. Some of those updates include:
· Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitization
· Providing various sanitizing options for guests & staff throughout our restaurant and brewery
· Providing touchless paper towels, soap, and as many other touchless items as possible
· Conducting health screenings for our employees
· Requiring face coverings & gloves for all employees while at work
· Ensuring that single use condiments, menus, glassware, and utensils are utilized
A reservation will be required though Open Table until further notice. Our host stand will be moved to the vestibule where guests will be greeted before entering the restaurant. While you wait to be seated, we ask that you practice safe social distancing from other guests. We will provide markers outside our front entrance to help maintain a safe 6-foot distance from guests. Tables will be spaced with 6-foot distance from other tables with a maximum group size of 6 guests per table. The bar area will be closed, and bar seating will not be available until further notice. Single use menus & contactless ordering will be available. When you choose contactless ordering you will pay for your order online. The only contact you will have with our staff is them bringing food and beverages to your table.
Curbside Carryout Will Continue
We understand dining in may not be the right choice for you at this time. Therefore, we will continue to offer curbside carry-out. You can place your orders online at fourdayray.com or through the Toast TakeOut App. Here you can order in advance, pay in seconds, and we’ll bring your order right to your car. Just call us when you arrive.
We are currently ONLY accepting and filling Four Day Ray standard glass growlers until further notice. Please review our current Glass Growler Swap Program HERE for details.
We’re In This Together!
We need your help, for the safety of guests and staff we ask that you follow these steps when dining at Four Day Ray.
· We ask that you be respectful of other guests’ space
· Practice safe social distancing
· Consider paying with credit card in lieu of cash
· If you feel sick or have recently been sick, please stay home until your symptoms have subsided.
The state will continue to provide new guidance, so our road map may change. As we work to navigate our way into the “new normal”, we will continue to provide you updates on our plans and policies on our social channels, website, and e-newsletter.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. One day we will take the day, look back at all of this, and raise a toast knowing we made it through together.
