GIRL SCOUT COOKIES & BEER FOR DINNER!

Samoas® Girl Scout Cookie paired with Monk Tears Belgian Quad

MONK TEARS BELGIAN QUAD ABV 10 | IBU 38

Inspired by the Trappist brewers of Belgium, Monk Tears is a Belgian-style Quadrupel that has an earthy aroma of spice, dark fruit and caramel. The flavor starts off with a caramel sweetness followed by fruity date characteristics in the middle and finishes with fresh plum as you exhale. A mouthfeel that starts out thick and sweet but finishes with a slight dryness.

SAMOAS® GIRL SCOUT COOKIE

Chewy and rich, Samoas® or Caramel diLites® Caramel are loved for their savory, heavy caramel layer, dark chocolate coating, and the toasted coconut topper.

Try a bite of the cookie first and then sip the beer. The rich caramel notes and toffee flavors found in our Monk Tears Belgian Quad are enhanced by the sweet toasted coconut and caramel in the SAMOAS®.

Trefoils® Girl Scout Cookie paired with Half Cocked Session IPA

HALF COCKED SESSION IPA ABV 5.5 | IBU 60

The aroma is bright citrus, grapefruit and orange with a hint of biscuit malt. Centennial hops are featured prominently in this drinkable pale ale accompanied by Columbus and Citra.

TREFOILS® GIRL SCOUT COOKIE

Sip the beer first then try a bite of the cookie. The Half Cocked Session IPA enhances the creamy vanilla notes found in TREFOILS® bringing out lemon and citrus notes in the cookie.
